1. You can cancel your order within 1 day of placing the order. All items are custom made, so cancellation is not possible once order is processed.
2. There are no cancellation charges if we receive cancellation request within 1 day, except for payment gateway charges. We will refund full amount minus the payment gateway charges that are instantly deducted on each payment.
3. Cancellation of any order is not possible after shipment.
4. Custom orders can not be cancelled.
